Abstract

Our understanding of the importance of a well-architected identity management system is increasing as several leading-edge efforts bear fruit. National and international trust fabrics and institutional infrastructures are being fit together, many of which rely on institutional identity provider services. This session ties together the trends and projects in the research and education area and how they leverage institutional identity management infrastructures.
