| | There will be NO walk-in registration on site in Seattle. Space in the Washington State Convention and Trade Center is limited. We're sorry about this, and thank you for your understanding. |

| 2. | May I register for an exhibit hall only pass? |
| | All registration types are sold out. This includes full conference, preconference seminar only, exhibit hall staff, exhibit hall visitor, and all one day only registrations. |

| 3. | May I be added to the waitlist? |
| | Because we are over capacity for this conference we do not have a waitlist. |

| 4. | How can I confirm that I am registered? |
| | You can confirm your EDUCAUSE 2007 registration by checking the online registration list, or by contacting EDUCAUSE Member Services at info@educause.edu or (303) 449-4430. |

| 5. | I am registered but am now unable to attend. May I send someone else in my place? |
| | Yes, we would be happy to transfer your registration to someone else within your organization. Please contact EDUCAUSE Member Services at info@educause.edu or (303) 449-4430 to make the change. If possible, please make the change before Thursday, October 18. |

| 6. | I am registered, is it too late to add a preconference seminar? |
| | We would be happy to add a preconference seminar to an existing full conference registration if space is available in the seminar. Please contact EDUCAUSE Member Services at info@educause.edu or (303) 449-4430 to make this change. |

| 7. | Will proceedings be publicly available? |
| | Yes, proceedings will be available online. If you are unable to attend, sign up to be notified about ways to follow conference happenings or bookmark the Conference Happenings page now. |

| 8. | Will it be possible to purchase a guest ticket on site in Seattle? |
| | Due to space limitations, all guest tickets including lunch, Tuesday opening reception and Thursday night party are sold out. |
